I highly recommend.  I went to my carpet manufacturers website, who recommended using a certified service provider by the Carpet and Rug Institute.  I found several in my area, checked reviews, etc. and thought I'd try this company.  Plus the name was "Extra Mile"--should go the extra mile right?

I was really impressed.  They did a fantastic job on my carpet and tile/grout.  Equipment was clean.  They were knowledgeable and professional.  Protectors were used on my furniture, wall corners, etc. to make sure hoses would not damage them.  They took the time to clean all areas after walking on them on their way out.  They made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.  Told me if I had any questions or concerns that happened to come up to call them and they would return if needed.  Bottom line--my floors look fabulous.
